Hicorp Group Held Special Training Activities for Managment Staff
In order to strengthen the comprehensive quality of all staff, to create a new type of team of “New Height, Sincere Service” with strong executive ability, high sense of service and efficiency, to push all the management staff to be the model and backbones of the “Three Characters ” construction, we held the special training activities for logistics administrators at No.500 training room in the morning of 18, July. The meeting was hosted by our President, and there were total 67 personnel attended the training.
The training was included two aspects, firstly, training about company culture; secondly, the further requirements to the management departments. The President started from our current situation, further explained the understanding to company culture, he requested all top managements to have strong sense of mission, be adhere to our original minds of machinery sector development, be devoted to achieve the prospects of “leading the industry as pioneering, and cultivate centennial Hicorp”, take our responsibilities and missions, work tirelessly and rentlessly to create centennial Hicorp. The President requested all management staff to keep in minds , and put our core values of “Learning, Cogitation, Innovation , Pioneering” in practice , we are requested to be active and positive, dare to take responsibilities , to be valuable people to company and society with strong abilities of  innovation and implementation .

The President stressed that we only can lay a solid foundation for centennial development by keeping stable structure, adhere to main sector development directions unchanged, and observing laws and right path. As management staff, we should promote the requirements to ourselves. Each Department and staff should accept the supervision and restriction , this is a kind of protection , restriction and care. We will further take the Management Department as the core, push omni-directional management, refine the management requirements to functional department gradually, all supervisors of departments and offices should submit monthly report , summarize the monthly important works by forms and PPT,  finish work and summarize timely, accept the supervision of Management Department, and do the work better by appraising.
After while, combining the President’s training, our Vice-general Manager Sun requested all staff to understand President’s training profoundly, and implement unswervingly. According to the development new era, he also put specific requirements to all management personnel, he requested that we should put rules and regulations at first place. He also requested to keep development the manufacturing industry as the core, to push the data-driven management and digitalized manufacturing , to carry forward the practical and pragmatic style of work, adhere to the principles of “action-clear”, to finish all works more rationally, quickly and clearly.
  
Through training activities, the management staffs’ understanding to company culture are further improve, with promotion our spirits, improvement our comprehensive qualities, promotion the sense of service of “New Height, Sincere Service”, and we have laid a solid foundation for the further work.
