Through inquiry, referring to documents, reviewing the related proves and visiting site, the audit personnel conducted the comprehensive reviewing on our three management system, all the related personnel coordinated actively, and answered the questions and explained the system management processes, and the three management systems were adited successfully.
The auditing team had highly appraised our management systems, and there was no written non-conformed report; the team recommended to Beijing Zhongshui Brilliant Certification Co., Ltd for the verification and registration of our Quality , Environment , Occupational Health & Safety management systems of GB/T19001-2016、GB/T50430-2007、GB/T14001-2016、GB/T28001-2011.
The General Manager Sun stressed at the first meeting: the three management systems are international commonly used scientific management methods and advanced management concepts; our management team should combine with the two basic factory policies of “ department construction and team construction” as the breakthroughs , combining with lean production promotion , to improve the basic management comprehensively; to improve the management team construction, to strengthen weak links, to raise the quality, to achieve new breakthroughs in economic benefits and management level. The replacement work for versions and certificates of the three systems of Quality/Environment/Occupational Health & Safety were according to the new standards of GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001：2015 and GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001：2015 since Jan, 2017, all related departments should carry out the new documentation standards throughout all aspects of business operation and management, to put forward higher requirements to the Managers and continuous improvements.
