To strengthen the unified and standardized work of Sheet and forms, further to enhance the employees’ EXCEL application abilities, to help to improve the daily operation of OFFICE software, and to improve the work efficiency, Hicorp organized the special training activities for EXCEL skills in the afternoon of 7th , June at the No.500 meeting room, and there were total 71 people related to financial, warehouse and logistics from all branch companies and divisions participated in the training .
We specially invited the KOB senior financial personnel teacher Sun to give a specific training. The training was included four aspects such as EXCEL skills for keyboard shortcuts, EXCEL basic formula operation, the application of PivotTable and answering questions.
In the training, the Teacher Sun combined with the actual application of the EXCEL and the specific operation, illustrated the shortcuts and commonly used formula to us. Through simple explanation and practical operation, let us have a further understanding of the EXCEL application.

Through training, the EXCEL operation skills of functional management personnel were enhanced further, all the trained employees had broaden their minds, and it was laid a good foundation to improve work efficiency through informatization means .
