Shoe-making Division Held the Marketing Symposium & New Products Introduction Meeting for Autumn
Qingdao Hicorp Group Shoe-making Division held the marketing symposium and new products introduction meeting for Autumn 2017 at Detai Hotel on 4th ,June. The Group General Manager Sun Xu had attended the meeting and given an important speech, the meeting was hosted by the General Manager Yu . There were about 40 agents attended this meeting.
The award ceremony was carried out firstly, the Sales Manager of Shoe-making Division Ding Xianting read the name lists of appraised dealers in the year of 2016, and awarded the six distributors including top three dealers, the best new distributor, the fastest growing distributor and credit distributor, the Group Leaders issued certificates and ribbon to them.
The General Manager Yu had introduced the adjustment of the production plan of each branch shoe-making company, and he firmly assured the achievements of Linyi and Puyang shoes companies in the first half year, and summarized the sales work from Jan to May of 2017. The General Manager Yu had appraised the excellent performed distributors, and requested the distributors to make analysis for their decreasing sales performance and to adjust timely. At the same time, the Manager Yu requested all the shoe-making companies to manage the receivable accounts, he hoped all the distributors actively to participate in developing and researching the new shoes, to seek common development with the company together.
At last, the General Manager Su made an important speech, firstly, he introduced the Hicorp history and new target of shoe-making division, and we will intensify efforts to build Puyang, Liying and Zibo production base, to create the enterprises with market competitiveness; meanwhile, to stably prepare the export base for the flashman shoes in future, to become the frontier area for one belt on road. Da Hongfu company should combine with the E-commerce , to create a distinctive pattern of enterprise development. The General Manager Sun requested all shoes companies should innovate thinking mode and temper forward. He also expressed that the effective layout had been made by Group to shoes companies , the current operations of shoes companies significantly improved, and we believe that the future will be better, he hoped all the distributors together with Hicorp to strengthen the development of confidence, to cooperate and forward together, to create a new era for the development of shoes products.
After the meeting, the new style and common style selection for Autumn 2017 was started, we adopted to order directly and appraised to the promoted new shoes by each company on site.
About 0.73 million pairs of shoes were ordered at site, and the ordering meeting was completed successfully. All the distributors are full of expectations to the development in Autumn 2017, and all Managers of branch companies are full of confidence to the selling in Autumn 2017.
