Our Group training activities of purchasing, supplying and marketing were opening at No.500 meeting room on 28th Sep, 2015 (Lunar Calender 16th Aug). The related personnel of marketing, purchase, foreign trade, financial personnel from each company and division, a total of more than 60 people attended the training.
The training includes internet knowledge and legal sense and in two aspects.
Watching video was the main method for Internet knowledge training , all personnel watched the two videos of “Internet Age” and “Doing business with the world” together, leading everyone to know the development trend of internet age, the pace crossed by leading enterprises at the internet age, made everyone know the concepts of internet+ comprehensively, and formed the internet + thinking, all them were requested to study to apply, have the sense of crisis, apply the internet+thinking to daily purchase and marketing, to expand marketing and purchase channels for better work.
Aiming at the issue of “strengthen legal sense, form legal thinking”, Group legal counsel lawyer Mr.Xu Shan started to explain the specific case from our side, emphasized the legal consciousness of business personnel in the process of signing contract, such as the delivery sheet , test and acceptance sheet and payment term defined and other issues should be noted in the sales contract, he especially stressed the risks of using copies and faxes, and suggested the purchase and marketing personnel to avoid to using fax, and forbid to use copies during actual work, it is better to use original documents with company chops as the proof to protect the interests of company and self. Meanwhile, as for the quality problems existed in the purchase contract , the lawyer analysised and explained in details.
Afterwards, combining with the problems occurred during work, the lawyers answered the questions to the training personnel.Through training, further improved the professional theory knowledge of purchase, supply and marketing, employees from each company, opened trainees’ minds, improve their comprehensive qualities, consolidated the theoretical basic for work development.
