Hicorp Organized Annual Spring Festival Training Activities

Hicorp organized annual Spring Festival training activities at No.500 meeting room in the morning of 4th Feb 2017, there were a total of 142 people from all branch companies and divisions such as marketing and purchasing personnel, workshop directors and monitors and installation personnel and designers attended the training.
The training was included three parts, firstly the Group Financial Manager Xu gave financial management training, the Manager Xu started from the aspects of basic financial knowledge, cost awareness and reformation from sales tax to VTA, he had combed the fiscal issues after the three phases Golden Tax and five Certificates in one , and answered the questions one by one which was put forward by sales personnel.

The Group Legal Adviser Lawyer Xu gave legal knowledge training to all the marketing personnel, and answered their questions. After a while, Lawyer Xu gave basic legal knowledge training to the installation and technical personnel and other personnel who were work business trip for customers.
Lawyer Xu explained from the related legal knowledge, emphatically from the delivery and acceptance, quality standard, quality issues, maintenance obligations, installation problems and evidence collection etc, all these should be paid more attention ; Aiming at the actual case , equipment delivery sheet , equipment installation feedback , notes for after-sales service feedback and other aspects, Lawyer Xu gave detailed interpretations and answered the questions which was put forward by the installation and technical personnel who worked outside company . This was the first time to held special legal knowledge training for the going outside personnel , the attended personnel expressed that the training was very practical and useful , it had improved everyone’s legal awareness of prevention.

It took half day for the training, all the participated personnel listened carefully, and the training effect was good.
