Hicorp Held the 2016 Annual Conference for the Representatives of Shareholders and employees & Summary and Commendation Ceremoniously
 
Hicorp held the 2016 annual conference for the representatives of shareholders and employees & summary and commendation ceremoniously at the canteen room in the morning of 23rd Jan, 2017. There were about 245 representatives of shareholders and employees attended this conference who were from each branch and division , and the conference was held by the Group General Manger Sun Xu.
The Vice-general Manager Zhao Chuanfu read the “Decision on Commending the Advanced Individuals and Collectives in 2016”, the R&D team for Intelligent Yarn Packaging Logistics System of  textile machinery company was granted 2016 annual special award; Sun Jie and other employees total 25 people were awarded as “Hicorp Model”, eight teams such as “Happy Champ Team” were granted with “Excellent Teams”; Li Jianxia and others total 114 people were awarded the honorary title of “Excellent Workers”,  Hou Jichao and others total 5 employees were awarded the honorary title of “Innovators”, and the machining workshop, installation workshop ,feed workshop of Qingdao flashmen shoes  ,oil tank workshop of Qingdao Auto Parts branch , machining workshop and glass machinery workshop of Project & Engineering branch  were awarded the honorary title of “7S Advanced Management Workshop”.

The General Manager Mr. Sun read the 2016 annual special awards words, our Chairman and General Manager awarded medals and prizes to R&D team for Intelligent Yarn Packaging Logistics System of textile machinery company.

In the joy of melody, the Group Leaders issued the trophies, certificates and medals of advanced collective to Group Model representatives, excellent team representatives and 7S Advanced workshop.
Yang Linbing on behalf of Group Models, Lu Hong on behalf of Excellent monitors and Zhang Jinjuan on behalf of Group Cadres gave speeches in order.
At the meeting ,the Chairman Guan Yangchun made the “Report on Board of Directors”; the Chairman of Board of Supervisors Yu Changjiang made “Work Report on 2016 Annual Board of Supervisors”; the Group Vice-general Manager Tang Hongbin made “Work Report on 2016 Annual Financial & Accounting”; the Group Vice-general Manager & Chairman of Labor Union Yin Yuwu made “Work Report on Labor Union”.
The Report on Board of Directors, Work Report on Board of Supervisors, Financial Work Report had deliberated and approved separately,  the presented shareholders voted the above three reports by putting up hands , meanwhile, the “Work Report on Labor Union” and “Labor and Personnel Management Regulations”.

During meeting, we comprehensively summarized the operation and management in 2016, analyzed situation and task that the group faced at present, summarized the performance in 2016, pointed out: the Unmanned Yarn Intelligent Logistics System of textile machinery company had created a new milestone in the history of innovation;  the Concrete Mould of Project & Engineering Company became the new high light in the Group’s restructuring and development; the recognized National Enterprise Technology Center had provided opportunities for scientific and technological innovation ; promoting team construction, improving employees’ quality , taking morning team meeting as the longitude and team management as the latitude, the effective and practical new team management frame with Hicorp characteristics had formed. The safety work ensured production safety; “Intelligent Enterprise 2020 “ took a firm step in the beginning of the year.

Meanwhile, the Chairman also put forward the whole work requirements in 2017, and disposed the main task in 2017, taking the core value of  “Learning, Innovation , Pioneering” as the directions, to strengthen the concept of efficiency, to strengthen the sense of principle, to strengthen the brand awareness, to innovate continuously , and to achieve new breakthroughs in marketing ; to promote intelligent management, to promote financial standardization, to deeply implement the Ameba management , and to build a long-term efficient management mechanism; to promote the lean production continuously, to promote team construction , to enhance the basic management, to improve the quality of all staff; to deeply push  the “New Height , Heartfelt Service”, to strengthen team construction , to improve cooperation efficiency, and to achieve new breakthroughs of economic benefits and management level.

The Chairman called for all staffs to learn from advanced individuals and teams, in the new year, for the Hicorp hundred years’ mission , for the enterprise benefit and shareholders’ interest, to unit together, to devote every effort, to forge ahead, to work hard with bold innovations , and to make greater contribution to achieve our target in the new year!
