In order to enrich the worker’s cultural life, to strengthen the service tenet of “ New Height, Heartfelt Service”, to create positive and healthy atmosphere , the speech competition of “New Height, Heartfelt Service” was held at in the afternoon of 20th Oct at No.500 meeting room . The 18 competitors from branches, divisions and functional departments attended this contest.              Around the theme of “New Height, Heartfelt Service” , each competitors explained their understanding of “New Height, Heartfelt Service” with passionate and proves, combing with their work, further expressed how to carry out and implement “New Height, Heartfelt Service”. They illustrated their understanding and comprehension with languages and actions, provided their understanding with different visions, to understand the deep meanings of “New Height, Heartfelt Service”, expanded the visions of audience, aroused everyone’s sympathy, laid good foundation for implementation and enforcement of the concept of “New Height, Heartfelt Service”. The frontline representatives Lu Hong and Shao Xingwei explained their understandings of “New Height, Heartfelt Service ” on behalf of frontline workers ,road out the voice of employees..

After fierce competition, the competitor Han Qi from Qingdao Flashmen Shoes Company got the first prize with passionate voice, fluent explanation and vivid concrete examples and his speech draft was “ unity of knowledge and action, smile in the heart, service in the action.” The competitor Yu Fei from Qingdao Auto Parts Company won the second prize with fluent speech and decent body language and her speech draft was “Innovation Constantly, heartfelt continuously”. Wang Fei from Housing Estate , Ma Huo from Project & Engineering Division , Wu Mengjun from Qingdao Flashmen Shoes Company, and Meng Qun from Administrative Office won the third prizes, Zhang Yu and Lv Mengyu from Project & Engineering Division , and Zang Tingting from Qingdao Flashmen Shoes Company won the excellent prizes.Qingdao Flashmen Shoes Company and Project & Engineering Division mobilized actively, participated the preliminary and final competitions , the attended people with high awareness . They organized orderly , and jointly won the best organization award. .
