We had submitted the related documents to Zhong Gui (Beijing) Verification Company Ltd in July, and the experts verified and approved the submitted documents. The Verification Company had organized the audit experts to inspect our intellectual property management system from 18th to 19th Aug at our company, the auditors had inspected generally from the aspects of inquiry, consulting data, inspecting the related proof and site visiting etc, the auditing team had highly appraised our intellectual property management system, and issued three non-conformance reports; the site auditing conclusion: the related standards and requirements are conformed basically, and some of aspects are not conformed, after the corrective measures are approved, we agreed to commend the verification and registration.
After the verification, we held special training activities aiming at the three non-conformances , and analyzed the non-conformances, put forward to correct and corrective measures, we sent the corrective documents of the three non-conformances to the verification team for auditing, after the audited experts approved the corrective documents, Zhong Gui (Beijing) Verification Company had issued the verification certificate to Hicorp.
