Improve Safety Fire Protection“Four Abilities”
Qingdao Flashmen Shoes Company had organized safety fire protection training and practice activities from 29th May to 1st June in production safety month. The safety fire protection and practice was different with the previous, it was not organized by company unanimously, and each workshop organized it actively, it had expressed the changing from “I am requested to be safety” to “I want safety”, “I can be safety”. 
The General Manger organized and held the special meeting for “production safety month”, and arranged work in production safety month, and each workshop were “response at once” and “Take immediate action”.
The workers of package line of shaping workshop put forward comprehensively safety training and fire protection drill to security personnel on 30th May, the rubber mixing workshop and upper casting workshop followed them on 31st May, they requested to be trained for safety fire protection ,the three classes of shaping workshop also requested to be trained for safety fire protection on 1st June.
As for the safety fire protection training and practice, the coverage percent was 100, the safety theory and practice were trained compressively, the fire hydrant and extinguishers were demonstrated how to use, especially the “three changes” for the safety management and “four abilities “ for safety fire protection, “four hurtles” and operation procedures for “three understanding” and “ three operation” and safety management for “three violations” were generally trained and learned with practice. Let the trained employees learned theory and practice, improved their awareness to safety from theory to reality.
